Request of free licences

This is processed by our mail computer.
After the licence has been sent, the email address will be deleted.
We only register, for which type of server a licence has been requested.

Data security and e-mail

  • We do not have a fixed ip address.
  • The internal net is not reachable from outside.
  • In addition, the internal net is protected by two (non US-)firewalls, one behind the other.
  • Sending and Receiving of email is processed classicly by UUCP.

Data storage and processing:

    As far it is necessary for payment or service reasons, we store :
  • company name and address
  • name of the contact
  • e-mail address and phone numbers if necessary
  • Informations, which are necessary to process an invoice or a service request.
  • In addition, we store the necessary data to pay providers.
